We look for a professional and reliable Dispatcher to act as our companys first point of contact for internal and external clients. To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.
Prioritize and organize order dispatch according to urgency.
Supervise local transportation routes and schedule and inform internal/external clients accordingly.
Maintain and update order logs, shipping records and other important documentation.
Prepare paperwork for shipments.
Ensure correct packing techniques for outgoing orders.
Ensure correct packing instructions are met.
Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role such as shipping clerk, logistics coordinator and customer experience specialist

Specific tasks performed:

Prioritize and organize order dispatch according to urgency.
Maintain and update order logs, shipping records and other important documentation.
Ensure correct packing techniques for outgoing orders
Ensure correct packing instructions are met
Required Technical Qualifications & Skill

English & Spanish is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
SAP experience is a plus
Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
Attention to detail
Salary range: 13 - 15 USD Hour
